We really wanted to like this place based on the hand off, but we've never had a dry cleaning service this bad. The first person we spoke with was friendly and helpful. They offer a 20% discount when you pay in advance which we found out why. Several clothes were starched to the point it felt like plastic and we specified no starch. Other articles of clothing were stained as well (which were not there before). We left about half of the clothes there for them to redo and there is still damage and collars from the starching process (which again, we said do not do) look beyond repair. We're not taking it back for a third time and hope that they can be fixed. Other pieces that weren't damaged need spot ironing. We are disappointed to say the least because we've never had issues with dry cleaning, and we lost money. We are not returning and do not recommend this company. Lastly, the second person who helped us was not phased by any of the issues and seemed inconvenienced, not helpful or apologetic.

Met with complete aggression and rudeness cause my shirt was assumed to have Cost $500 and she said we not giving you $500 if we mess it up how rude, never going back

What the Eff? I take my tuxedo jacket in to have it drycleaned and the lady said, "we can't clean that" (shaking her head), mentioning the tux' dye will bleed. Like what type of services do yall do then.
