Where do I start. I have been trying to call for a week straight at one of their properties called Stone Ridge in Portsmouth. Week after week it's ten three bedroom units available and ten two bedrooms available. I have called and called but thanks to caller ID none are ever returned. Now according to the FCRA if you are not going to give me a unit by law you are required to tell me why and have it shown to me. I have yet to even get a phone call. I know the application fee is cheap and it only cost twenty two dollars for me and my husband. To be real they could have charged me a dollar and I still would write this review. No one robs me and walks. I will be taking action

I was approved for St Pauls apartments and was told to bring my holding fee and gave my present apt complex proper notification of my moving. Although Rosalyn was very helpful Chastity was very cold hearted & not compassionate to me & told me my income was over & that was only because it was a holiday and I was paid time in a half. Now I am homeless because I had also shut down my utilities, paid for a mover and was very excited only to have been played in my face. I didnt even get a sorry from Chastity only thing she said was I can come and get my holding fee. I was really looking forward to being in a secure place but I have been let down and this hurts.Thank Goodness I was blessed to be in a brand new secure place now

if you can find a way to stay away from ANY properties owned by this CROOKED company, DO SO!!!!! They only bow down to the Almighty DOLLAR.

Im sure the other properties are fine, but The Sterling is ridiculous. Roaches EVERYWHERE, the smell of weed 24/7 and the landlord doesnt care, loud and rowdy neighbors at all hours, trash everywhere I either have to contact the BBB or break my lease and GO because this place is DISGUSTING.
