Tidewater Insulators

Our contractor has worked with them before and spoke highest of their work. Unfortunately their communication and management seem to be very poor. We were schedule for spray foam for a Monday - Wednesday. We planned all day Sunday to pack our things, meal plan, and be ready to evacuate my pregnant wife, her aunt, and three children. Monday morning comes and we find out they will not be able to come and cannot make it until next week. How can you run a business this way? Why would we pay thousands of dollars to be treated so poorly. Very inconsiderate.

I will never be able to see my great grandmother again because of their negligenceprobably playing on their phone while theyre driving My GREAT grandma was only here for one month & now we cant even see her and they will be going through hell for the next month because of pure negligence there is no other explanation. Id like to know if they have cameras in their cars and if they even care about their drivers almost killing to elderly people, because of once again, pure negligence. Apparently he totaled their car so now the last opportunity for me to ever see my great grandma whos going back to Germany at the end of the month is completely shot. You have no idea how bad you just affected peoples lives.

They blew insulation in the overhead. Didn't know until a week later that they trampled and completely flattened the trunk line. Cost me almost over $800. Service: Installation

Called Tidewater Insulators to get a quote. Took me calling three times and two weeks for a sales rep to get back with me. He came out and upon receiving the quote, which honestly was a good price, I accepted and sent it back. Didnt hear back for two weeks so I called the sales rep to ask about scheduling then told me hed call back next day with a date and time. Over a month later, never heard back. I sent an email saying I withdraw my acceptance and still never got a call or even a reply through email. For obvious reasons I will not be using them nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.
