Absolute worse answering company of all time!!! Three associates refused to provide me their names or THE NAME OF THEIR COMPANY. I then spoke with a manager named Christina who also refused to provide me the name of the company and she then hung up on me. AFTER ANOTHER call and ANOTHER MANAGER, I was able to get to the name of this horrible company. Worst service I have ever gotten anywhere.

Very rude and disrespectful. They refuse to give you the company name when requested for a complaint stating they are a small business full of women and they don't want to be attacked.( This is a preference not a law) We just needed the name of the supervisor's supervisor to complete our complaint and was denied the information. They even called our office back to see who we were. Typical and petty. When someone is requesting the company corporate number for a complaint it should be given and they refused.

This company is a complete joke with regards to being a competitor in the answering service industry....they claim to need Telemessaing Representatives yet cannot seem to answer the phone.....I encourage any and everyone to not support this business....

This company has served as our Right Hand since April 2001. Since we are a small business in the service industry there are certain things that need special attention. This group has never let us down! I am making a guess here, but based on the fact that I have been speaking to nearly all the same voices over these many years, they must treat their employees exceptionally well to earn such retention and loyalty.
