Have been going to the Nail Loft for years. The owner Nancy and her staff are all welcoming and friendly. They do a great job. My last trip in I changed things up. Mona who has done my nails for year did an amazing job! Love these girls!

I got a pedicure yesterday. They gave me an appointment quickly. They had a dollar fee which I do wish the lady told me but not a huge issue. There was a wait as there was only 2 people working but thats understandable and the people seemed nice. So far it all went well. I got my pedicure, the massage was soft but felt stress relieving The lady who worked on my pedicure did something new to me where she trimmed a whole inch from my toe nails sides to make em thinner. I thought she did it cause I mentioned that I had one of my nails already ingrown into my skin on a different toe. I was so worried cause I could feel her pulling at my skin but there was no pain cause my skin was soaked. even after she added alcohol there was no burning so I thought okay it was not serious and the results looked good so no complaints . Less than 24 hours, I went in with an ingrown to get it fixed but I came back with my 2 big toe nails ingrown, and the pain is horrible. They are trimmed so short on the edges that its stabbing at my skin even when I don't have any shoes on. Especially given that she saw I was prone to ingrowns she should have been more careful. I am so upset because now I have spent 35 dollars and my toes are gonna be covered up with bandage and toe caps for atleast a week until my nail edges grows back. I was excited when she finished and now I never wanna go to this nail salon again. Its not even a mistake that they can fix so it is a huge disappointment and unacceptable.
