Valley Cities Fence

Went in to buy clamps and gate latches for my horse corrals and arena. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I want sure about the sizes of my panel rails and posts and one of the guys walked me out to the yard to help me get things figured out. Would definitely do business with them again. Great customer service from everyone I was in contact with.

Our old wood fence is over 30+ years old, falling over, separating, and rotting away. After contacting all of my neighbors, I did my research for a few weeks and had a few come out for quotes. I was referred to Valley Cities Fence by another neighbor in our area. I called them and had appointment with Jon the following week. He notified me after he left his previous appointment, and arrived within the time expected. I told him the options I was looking at, and he took measurements, checked out the state of the old fence, and discussed vinyl fencing with me. He went to his truck and drew up the diagram with a very reasonable quote for each section of the sides I shared with each neighbor. From there, I had to convince and coordinate with several neighbors, and after a few weeks finally agreed to the start date. During the entire time I had contacted Jon via email, text, and phone, along with the main office staff with questions every neighbor had. Once the start date arrived, the team of four in two trucks knocked out the entire old fencing, and started installing the new vinyl fencing. They completed what they could the first day, and then a team of two completed the rest for the remaining two days. Overall, it took three days to complete, mainly due to big rocks slowing down the drilling process. But the teams managed to get all the post installed and panels installed. They built the single gate on-site and installed as well. They also worked on my next door neighbors gate, as she needed a gate replaced as well. Overall they did a great job, and everyone in my neighborhood liked the new fencing. I have referred them to other people as well. My only advice for everyone is to do your research, know what you want, ask lots of questions, and be reasonable about what to expect. Every job and area is different, and they will work with you to get what you want done. I want to thank Jon, Dave, the office staff Landen and Marcia, along with the team members Jose, Luis, and a few others who answered my questions, and had the fence completed to how we wanted it.
