We boarded our dog there a little over a year ago. When we picked him up his face was all scratched up and his teeth were silver from trying to chew his way out. He was COVERED in urine and feces. This scared him big time and we can no longer board him anywhere. There is absolutely no way in hell I would EVER board him there..EVER

DON'T LET THE NAME CHANGE FOOL YOU! IT'S STILL THE SAME HORRIBLE HELL HOLE (DANNY'S DOGHOUSE) IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES, PLEASE DON'T TAKE THEM HERE. THEY WILL BE ABUSED. WHY DO YOU THINK THERE ARE NO CAMERAS AND HE KEEPS THE DOOR LOCKED AT ALL TIMES?? SO YOU CAN'T WITNESS HIS ABUSE TOWARDS THE ANIMALS. THE POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO THIS PLACE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS DUDE DANNY OR WHATEVER HIS NAME IS. LOOK IT UP, IT'S PUBLIC INFO.

Terrible experience. They are never there at the posted time of opening (7:30am). I had a 9am grooming appt for my dog....at 1130am, they still were not there, nor were they answering the after hours number. Makes you question how well the animals are actually taken care of when you board them there. I boarded my dogs there one time and when I went to drop them off at 8am, again, no one there. No one showed up until around 9am. Again...sign says they open at 7:30. Also, they have stickers on the counter inside for Visa and Mastercard. When my husband tried to pay with Visa they said "We actually only take cash. Youll have to go the atm and come back". My dog was supposed to be groomed during his week long stay there but when we returned, they casually and un- apologetically said "We didnt get around to it" We had already paid for it which is why I brought him back the next day for his appointment....the one they never showed up for. Very unprofessional business.

I will NEVER, EVER take my animals to this place again. We had went on a vacation for a week and our other kennel that we have used in the past (Crestview Kennels) was full so we used Kritter Kennels. My dogs had specific instructions for their diet written out in detail and I even brought just enough food to last the week and the scoop for measurements. Well I got back 2/3 of my food I had brought and when I saw my dogs they had lost a tremendous amount of weight. Then when we got home my dogs had TICKS, yes TICKS! Now I am battling ticks in my house and having to treat the house and my dogs who have NEVER had a flea or tick on them in their lives. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I feel my dogs were severly neglected. I had 3 elderly dogs who almost starved to death in their care and were eaten alive by ticks.
