Recieved a bill in the mail from here that I had no showed an appointment three months prior, when I called to ask about it the woman was extremely rude and said "you no showed three times before and we never charged you for those times" I just said that I don't remember never showing up and if I couldn't make it to an appointment I would always call and reschedule. I told her that I never recieved a reminder call or a call telling me I missed the appointment and she said "yes we did we have it marked that we left a message" I told her that I definitely didn't get a message because if I wasn't able to make it I would have called and rescheduled I said this is just mind blowing and she goes "what did you just say?" I said "this is just mind blowing" she said no you didn't you said another word in there that is not appropriate," I said wow excuse me? And just hung up.
I am very very dissapointed in how she treated me I was not being rude in any way and for her to tell me that I said an "inappropriate word" is crazy! All I wanted to do was ask about the bill I got three months later and schedule the appointment that I didn't even realize I had missed and she was so patronizing and rude. She did not give me a name and I do not suggest anyone go here if possible. Clearly the staff who answers the phones are unprofessional and don't know how to speak to clients.
