This firm's aggressive attempts to collect lake membership fees for which I have no contractual or deeded responsibility are concerning. Despite formal requests for validation of this debt and discontinuation of collection attempts, we've received no substantial response. Further, their baseless threats to impose a lien on my property are legally unfounded. We are therefore initiating formal complaints with both the State Attorney General and the FDCPA to address these deceptive and harassing practices by this firm.

I had never been involved with a lawsuit before, and I had no idea what to expect or how to begin. It was way more detailed and complicated than I could ever have imagined. They only handle Court hearings for SSA.They don't do anything else. At least that's the lawyer that I got. He wasn't really professional.I got more help from a state legal aid office that was free than professional office.
