Unifour Nursing was charged to care for my disabled 9 year old child, they sent me ghetto trash to care for my medically fragile child. One of the aide drank liquor and became intoxicate while on duty, another locked my son in his bed while she rented movies on my cable. At one point I was told by the office staff that they didn't make any money off my son because he was just a Cap-C case so the pay scale was less. Eventually I did find a few aids who were wonderful and loved my child and Unifour rewarded that by cutting their pay thus forcing these women to leave and find other employments. As soon as they discovered I was looking at other companies, they refused to even staff my case so I was left as a single mother with no one to care for my child. When clients change companies the old company is suppose to stay on the case for 2 weeks to make the transition a smooth one and that's not what happened, they began refusing to staff me and I became so distressed by them I immediately terminated their services. As right now I have no services I'm also unable to work. This company has put me in such a bad stop, I have filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General in hopes they no longer approve them as a Cap - C provider as I don't want any other family to ensure what I've had to endure over these past few month.

I would not recommend Unifour Nursing to anyone. They do not care about their clients or staff. They have no heart or passion or desire to uphold a company name that has been around for almost 40 plus years. Money hungry and greedy.. The staff are just workhorses who get no respect, no pay raises, no gas mileage, and especially no benefits. Why not take care of your staff if they are taking care of your clients??? But most of all, why not have more compassion and love for your clients??? Scheduling is awful, why not match an aide with a client who they can trust and get along with? Make them feel comfortable. No.. All the owners are worried about is getting their money at the end of the day.

I'm sorry that you believe it was unreasonable of me to expect you to staff my case or give me time to find another company, neither of which you did. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. How much did you pay Yelp to remove my last review?
