        Self-service machine has been out of service every Saturday for at least a year. The counter usually only has 1 person working, 2 if youre lucky. Get ready to lose 30-45 mins of your life to mail even the most standard/basic envelope.

        The black worker working there is rude and not able to explain the service to customer. How can a Newton which is a decent town hire a such low quality employee.

        Took a terrible passport picture, cut it so the face is not in the center. I hope it can be used. $15 down the drain.
