We have purchased Jet Skis and 4- Wheelers over the years. Our most recent purchase was a Wolverine side by side ATV with optional windshield. This vehicle is used daily and has been very reliable. I went in looking for jet skis or seadoos. Its a difficult market these days! However, Brian was very patient with us for over two weeks while we called and visited several times. We couldn't make up our minds. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right seadoo. When I decide to get a second one, we will definitely go back to cycle city. If and when we need any work or maintenance done, we will get it done here as well.

I purchased a new motorcycle and traded in my old one in January. Kevin Kitchen was my salesman. Kevin made the process easy and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured and was happy with experience overall. I would recommend anyone to stop by and talk with him if you are interested in a new motorcycle.

This is the one bike shop on the Peninsula. My most recent experience was a accident recovery. They did well. The bike is back and it was better than before the accident. Not new but well maintained.

This is a motorcycle service center that I recommend for people that may be skeptical like I am because so many shops don't do qualitywork and overcharge to make a profit. I am knowledgeable about how fix motorized vehicles however I like to depend on experts to do maintenance and repairs on my vehicles, if they will do a great job. I was recommended to this shop by a friend who also rides motorcycles and he trust their work. The first day I sought out to find a shop to work on my motorcycle I was disappointed because I went to the shop and the gentleman was very impersonal and showed no salesman like qualities. I used to work for a big dealership years ago and I understand that the first impression could make or break the customer decision to trust us with their vehicle. After the bad encounter with the motorcycle shop I left out of that place and right in that shop's parking lot I called cycle city and Mr. Chris answered the phone. Right away he gained my confidence by being VERY caring, concerned, and confident. I explained to him what I needed to possibly get done on my bike and he quoted me a possible price which sealed the deal. So, the next day I took my bike to his shop and, thank God, he was the same as when I spoke to him on the phone. I thanked him for being so hospitable. He also reassured me that he knew about the type of issue that my bike had which built my trust in his shop all the more. I ask him when it would be ready and he said in 2-3 days and I was excited because I anticipated it would take much longer. Lastly, he called me and recommended tires for it and he told me that it would be ready that Tuesday which was 2 days. Well, my motorcycle had more issues a few days after I rode it a few times in that same area and he went deeper to find out what it was doing and I had it back in about 3 days. Throughout both times in his shop the price was VERY modest and the work was wonderful. He went into detail about what he had done to it which I understood being a technician myself. If anyone looks at this post please allow Mr. Chris and his team take care of your motorcycle. Mr. Chris, in my book, is an expert in growing close to his customers because of his realism, experience, and treating every customer like he wants to be treated.
