They called me offering me a job. I filled out all the papers and quit at my part-time for them to dump me and leave me with no jobs and not caring. If they are already unprofessional this way, do not send a family member over there. And yea, I will not change my name. This way, you will recognize me. I do not care. You guys are unprofessional.

No aide showed up to service my grandfather and he is blind and not able to stay home alone .. No call from the agency was very unprofessional

O STARS. this company has to go through some staff, they act like the don't care about taking care of somebody's loved ones, I'm pretty sure one night nurse was drunk or something, they watch TV, are on there phones, fall asleep, have eaten my grandmothers food, they are suppose to help her lightly clean laundry, cook and feed, bath her. she has bed sores now and my grandmother has been kept even in the same clothes for a few days. hope this helps
