        Kirk and Keon were great! They arrived within the time given to deliver our couch! Actually a little early which was perfect! They ensured all the electrical for sofa worked as well, a quick delivery! These guys work hard! Thank you!

        Unfortunately, this was an entirely unsatisfactory experience. Purchased a mattress and box spring but the problem started immediately when I allowed the salesman to pressure me out of delivery and instead do in store pick up. The next day I realized that I could not arrange for help in pick up so i tried to change my stus from pick up to delivery. The customer service reps I contacted were very helpful but the link provided to enter my payment information would not open and after two tries I was locked out of the system, thereby losing the opportunity for delivery on 4/6/24 and forcing another trip to the store to make payment. By that time the earliest delivery was 4/11/24, just in time for family arrival on 4/12. However, once again my delivery was moved to a date past my family's visit. Had the salesman not pressured my decisions, I probably would have my merchandise already. I see lots of good reviews and perhaps my experience was an anomaly but regardless, a customer has been lost.
