Thus place is horrible !!!! Each time that I go there the wait to be seen for a regular appointment is 2 hours!! They do not schedule correctly ! I switched my kids Doctor Bc I thought it was only her that was slow, but the same thing happened with the other doctor!!

My experience this last visit with my son was not a good one. He was scheduled for surgery a month or so away, they wait till the week before to decide that he is a risk and that they will not do the surgery. I understand and appreciate that they are looking out for the wellbeing of my son, but there was no need to wait this long. Now we have to start this process allover again in norfolk. He has already been a month, and is very uncomfertable. The drive to norfolk is also a big inconvience for my family as we live an hour away, and this will take multiple trips to accomplish. We had been taking him to the ENT at CHKD in newport news, at which he has failed to diagnose or try to do anything to help my son with his issues other than to say he failed his hearing test. As soon as we went to a diffrent ENT he found the same hearing failure, but came up with a solution, That now will have to wait another month to get done. To say that i am disipointed in the service that we have recieved is an uderstatement. This is a young child that is already diagnosed with 22Q and has had multiple surgerys already. No one has had issues in the past.
