Tidewater Family Dentistry

I was scheduled to come in for an appointment that I missed a college class for and I called in the same day before the appointment to let the office know that I was running a few minutes late out of courtesy. I also gave the exact time I was arriving at. The receptionist told me that I was still able to come in and get taken care of. After I arrived at the time I had let the receptionist know I was arriving, she cancelled my appointment and moved it to a later date that is difficult for me to make as I am in school and had missed a college class already. I wouldnt have driven all the way to the office just to move my appointment to a later date after being told I was being taken care of the same day.

I am so grateful to Dr Owen and this practice! Crazy as it is I drive from Leesburg just because of how great this team is. I moved from Tidewater but decided to stay with Dr Owen
