We actually used this company to replace the entire main waterline. David was amazing. The same day I contacted them David went out and provided me a quote. He answered all questions I had. He understood our need and urgency for this repair. My father passed away in December and on the same day he passed the pipes busted. He scheduled us for his 1st available and I was not disappointed. Justin who actually did the work was great. He was there a little before the time promised and jumped right into the project. He explained to my husband and I everything he was doing again answering all questions we had. The customer service from this company was exceptional. I will remember them for any future plumbing work we may need as well refer them to any one I know in need of a plumber. Bottom Line Up Front: Excellent work, timely response, reasonable price. I would recommend Trenchless Pipe Technologies to friends and family. Details: I had a broken water line under the footer of the house. The first company I contacted gave me a reasonable quote. However, I was informed that they couldnt start work for 19 days that meant no showers, no toilet, no laundry, no drinking water, etc. for almost 3 weeks. Unacceptable! I called David Martin at Trenchless Pipe Technologies. He came out the same day; gave me an acceptable estimate and told me he could get to me within a week. The next day he informed me that he would be able to start the repairs in 2 days. The repair took approximately 6 hour to complete and thanks to the use of directional boring my yard survived with only minor digging.
