        I would not recommend. They do not respond to repairs,even when the city gets involved...and when they do, it takes months.

        Have been renting from Carrithers for a year now. I have had no problem getting help most of the time. However, the grass does not get cut often enough. I'm currently having a problem with a refrigerator they provided and have had the maintenance men come out to look at it. They are unable to find the problem. I called and spoke with Dana who informed me they are not responsible to fix it. The freezer is not working and all my meats have gone bad. She hung up on me and said she didn't have to be talked to in a negative tone, although she was talking to me in a negative tone. I tried to call back and she kept hanging up on me. This is a very unprofessional way to handle business and I am very disappointed in this company.
