They have a system set up where you wait in your car until a room is ready. It doesn't take long. Thereafter, the rooms are comfortable and although I failed to remember the Vet Tech's name, she couldn't have been more welcoming and a consummate professional.
Dr. Fanous is the most caring, patient, informative Vet we have ever met. Michelle, the manager, was also incredibly helpful. Sidney, our new puppy, loved everybody! Everyone took the time to answer all our questions, gave us lots of useful information to take home and we left confident that Sidney will receive premium healthcare. Additionally, affordable! I must almost mention they have a wonderful app that conveniently has your appointments, easy communication with practice, etc...
