        A major disappointment by omitting key information, presenting biased opinions and providing less than competent guidance during the mediation process. Make sure you have a second opinion, supporting documentation and additional research from outside counsel (which ADS suggests in their documentation to you and yet will openly criticize you in the sessions by holding up your paperwork from outside attorney and saying "this is the problem"). Nevertheless, ensure you have the adequate knowledge from outside counsel to guide you through this process if you go with ADS.
