        I delivered tubing here. The unload times are from 6am to 8am. No overnight parking even though they got a big dirt lot. The loaders are real pushy and in a hurry but slow on unloading. Must have an appointment and they are strict on those times.

        Called and got quote on about $200 worth of steel (two 20ft pieces of angle iron). Borrowed and hauled a flat bed trailer about 60 miles and arrived there at 3:30. Was told walk-in service ended at 3p. I explained my situation and offered to load it myself. Was simply told they were too busy although I saw nothing going on. Nothing is posted about limited service either. Poor PR

        Called today for info on steel panels. Girl I spoke with wasn't even the least bit helpful AT ALL. I have lived down the road from them and have called many times in the past for help on products and have purchased from them and have always been pleased until today. I was asking for assistance so I could make an informed decision. She only has 1 recorded response that she cannot suggest anything bc of liability, therefore no info..... I wasn't looking for suggestions, I simply needed info on thickness, etc so I could make my own decision.... I even called back bc I THOT someone may want to know about the lousy service however that was a mistake as well. Won't ever bother them again...
