I went here for years from college when I lost my dad's employee insurance and my mom's Medicaid to after college through underemployment until I found a full-time job. A few things happened in that time. I once had an appointment scheduled with one doctor who was great at managing my ailments and in walked another doctor without warning. The unknown doctor I never saw before or again after that got mad because I asked who he was and when I told him about a condition I was concerned about he was rude then later threw a bag of medicines at me. Another time they lost my blood work but said it was free anyway just come back in for another draw. One time the lady really tried to get a sample with a big needle and I don't know what she did bc she was usually gentle but it very much hurt. There was a nurse there who didn't seem to like me and for that matter she was often rude and I could hear her trying to talk about me or she had a bad face for me. Other than that the service was appreciated. It's unfortunate people bring their bad attitudes to work even doing work like this.

I was without insurance and I stayed on a waiting list forever. They were worth the wait. I got the best care and kindness from these people at this clinic. I turned 65 and had to stop going there because of I turned 65 and had to stop going there because of medicare. Worst decision ever. I have been in pain with stomach issues had to find a primary doctor the waiting list most was March and I finally got one for August which was a month out at the time. I know but if I could still go to that clinic I would be not be suffering in pain. They are very caring people and try to help you the best way they can. They even set me up with a lady Belinda to go over all my medical options when I turn 65 because it was so confusing. I wish I couldve continued with them. Great job ladies and thank you for your great care and kindness. Robin Carroll
