The Dry Air Systems team was a pleasure to work with. Our house was extremely dry from lack of humidity so we got in contact with their team. They quickly showed up to assess the job and were very friendly. Since I'm in the middle of framing out my basement it's very open downstairs and it would have been easy for them to put the system wherever they wanted however they consulted me and came up with a solution that wouldn't make my job harder down the road when finishing the basement. After completing the job I went down to inspect the work and it was phenomenal. They made zero mess and you would swear that the add on system they put in was part of the original hvac unit that was installed when the house was built. I can't say enough great things about this team. When it comes time to do the finish hvac work in the basement I will definitely be working with Dry Air Systems again.

Purchased my furnace 5 years ago from these people. Had it shut down for carbon monoxide leak. Called for service on a Thursday. The person in customer service was rude and condescending. She said we would be placed on a rotating list. Said we should see someone the first of following week. I told her we have elderly people living in the house and they needed heat and hot water. She said so does everyone, laughed and started naming address in the area. I called on Monday. A guy answer the phone, he couldn't find our address on the service list. Then told me we were on the rotation list. His attitude wasn't any better than the girl in customer service. These people have the worst service and customer service I have ever seen. After a week I canceled the service call and got someone else immediately. They don't back up the purchase with service.

VERY expensive. One plumber, 3 hours, minimal parts (bolts and brackets, that kind of stuff) = $1900+. Yikes! Never again.
