        Way to expensive for the quality of the room. The mattress was really bad, we could feel the springs, and the pillows were uselessly flat. We checked out early and tried to get a refund for the next two nights that we had scheduled but they refused to refund our money. Not a good experience.

        Wonderful and happy people that work here my stay was very peaceful quit and I enjoyed my stay The rooms are nice size very comfortable beds I would definitely stay again thank u for everything ashleigh and codey room 124

        Clean and comfortable room. Helpful front desk. Great location for convenient access to local eateries. Rooms: More room than the average motel. Safety: Well lit parking lot. Decent area of town.

        The staff was so friendly and supportive. Looks like remodeling was done not long ago hence looking very new and beautiful.Was interesting to find an indoor pool as well.Their rates are also very fair. I would go back again there.

      Dear Sir,We are extremely sorry for your experience. Had you requested for a change of room , we would have moved you to another room . We checked the room and did not find any fault in the beds. It is made by Serta an industry approved brand. They pillow top brand and it’s hard for anybody to feel springs.We provide four plus one pillows in all the queen bed rooms. If google allows I will post the pictures for the benefit of other readers… while checking out also You did not mention that you are checking out due to the bed. Unfortunately booking.com do not allow to cancel the reservation.Warm regardsKristal
