My dinning chairs all needed to beReupholstered and they did a great job with all four chairs. They also were able to repair damage to one of the chairs that was broken. They did all this work at a very reasonable price. Also I had another chair I asked about getting reupholstered and they actually recommended not doing it. Saying the chair wasn't worth reupholstering. Saving me from spending unnecessary money. This is a great company.

I like to try and work with local, small business whenever I can. To that end I wanted to get ahold of R B Upholstery to redo my dining chairs. They are antiques and need to be fixed up.I have never had a business "ghost" me before like R B. I called on several different occurances during business hours to always get a voicemail. My messages have never been returned.I then went to check out the place to see if maybe I had a wrong number or something and got there about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon. The worker in the shop next to them told me to look for a truck which was there and that their location was on the end of the building. What I found was unlike anything I've seen before. There was no one there but the door was unlocked. The lights were off and I stuck my head in to see if anyone was in the back area. The place is a huge mess. It looks like it got hit by an earthquake. It's dirty and just felt like chaos.I still left my card on the door and now, 2 weeks later, still have not been contacted. I can only image what it must be like to get your furniture back from this place if they can't even return a phone call.I'm going to find another upholstery shop.

My wife and I were in the market for two new recliners. After seeing what was available at numerous furniture stores, we both concluded that today's recliners are not manufactured as well as those of yesterday year. We decided to see if it was feasible to have our vintage 25 year old, made in So. Carolina, recliners reupholstered. Following a discussion with my son about our intentions, he said he would ask around his workplace for some recommendations. I was very fortunate when he told me about several testimonials praising R. B. Upholstery in Newberg. I decided to give them a call. Upon my initial contact with Rigoberto, he asked me to bring several photos of the two pieces to his shop, and he could quote me a price depending on the fabric that was chosen. After the fabric was ordered, and the very fair price firmed up, Rigoberto picked up the chairs at my home and said they'd be ready in three weeks. As promised, he delivered both chairs back to us, and were we delighted. Rigoberto far exceeded our expectations. Not only do they look gorgeous, but he also did some springs and mechanical repairs as well. He also replaced the very tired seat cushions with new zippered fabric. I cannot say enough about how much this man exemplifies the true meaning of being a real craftsman. His meticulous attentiveness to detail is demonstrated in every aspect of his performance. We were both very pleased about receiving Rigoberto's expertise from many years of mastering his art. "Thank you again Rigoberto!"
