Had them out today as I had mold concerns and air quality concerns. All I have to say is its reassuring and rare working with a company that will come out, be honest, transparent, etc and not try to sell you on testing if they dont feel its needed. They didnt do anything today due to what little was seen but provided great tips and tricks. Will have them put on a better day still to do an air quality test. I would 100% recommend them and I will to my Nextdoor community.

Blake N. came to our home to assess mold in our attic. We had mold removed in 2019 from a company that is no longer in business, and it was quite the ordeal, so I was hesitant to call anyone back out to even look at it. My husband and I were highly impressed with Blake's professionalism, honesty, and assessment of our situation. He listened to our story and multiple concerns before looking at anything. He also showed respect for our 1910 home and the attic entry-point, which is not easy to navigate in a tiny hallway at the top of a staircase. We were relieved to learn from Blake that we do not have re-growth currently, and the peace of mind from his thorough assessment of what is going on is invaluable to us. Blake knows what he is talking about and even recommended how we can increase ventilation in our attic to hopefully prevent future problems. In addition, he did not try to oversell us on services AdvantaClean can provide, which is highly appreciated when everyone has a budget and competing priorities. If we ever need mold remediation for our situation in the future, air duct cleaning or disaster cleaning services, Blake will be who we call!
