first time @ a fleet feet as i'm a newbie runner. the customer service was A1 - you can go in for a digital foot scan and the rep was super thorough in explaining everything and answering detailed questions. on top of that, they brought mult. shoe options based on what i described my desired running goal to be. i didnt feel rushed at all and sales assoc. went above & beyond to offer more suggestions i could research at home. forgot her name, but it starts with a D!

I had a fabulous experience at the NYC Union Square Fleet Feet. From start to finish I had a great personalized experience with my foot scan, and the employee was extremely helpful in finding the right shoe for me without feeling pushy or overbearing. I had a great experience here and would certainly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new running shoe. While the shoes are a bit pricy, they're not any more so than anywhere else for a quality running shoe, and it makes sense with the caliber of product they sell.
