Extremely disappointed. The AC has not been working for over 2 weeks now. Asked several times about it. They keep saying "we are looking into it" etc. I am sorry, but paying the hefty monthly membership fee to workout at a gym without AC is unacceptable. This is supposed to be "High-end". Additionally. The hours of operation are the most ridiculous thing I have seen. Weekends closes at 7PM? Wow

The air conditioning situation is unbearable. I would not recommend signing up to this location. 6/1 update - the ac was fixed. Thank you!

Small hot gym. Be prepared to wait for any machine you are looking for, Mens room is pretty gross - would not shower there,

Unacceptable Equinox experience. There were no benches, aging equipment and no towels to be found for more than a half hour. The front desk staff did not seem to care, considering many others in the locker room were complaining. The brand has gone downhill in recent years, clearly cutting corners to cut costs and of course raise prices. Will be considering cancelling until issues are resolved and implore others to think about the same. The beauty of NYC is that there is always another, often better, alternative to most things.
