        This AT&T store was the 3rd one I went to today, trying to return a defective phone I received, that I purchased online. The other two insisted that because I purchased it online, I could not return it in-store. Even though AT&T customer service said that I could. Sales rep, Lasandra C, confirmed immediately, that I can definitely return in-store. She was patient, tried her very best to help. Her and JT. From now on, I will only do business at this AT&T location.
