Extremely rude drivers never on time don't wear there seat belts at all.

Drivers are extremely rude. Ran a block in 90 degree weather to catch the bus. Waved them down, they pointed at their mask and then drove away. We all had masks. Are you kidding me??

Ive boarded these buses many times and only once did I get off before my stop due to what appeared to be a large extended family with a person in a wheel chair, boarding and crowding on to the bus making it very uncomfortable and probably filled over capacity. Otherwise although drivers range from very friendly and announcing all stops to quietly driving the route stopping when buzzed I’ve always been satisfied with the free ride. In addition I have availed myself to the information shared at the cart and those folks have always been friendly and helpful

As a dog walker, this bus service can be a life saver. My only complaint is that the buses aren’t always on time and some of the drivers aren’t very friendly.
