The absolute worst pharmacy on the UWS. Numerous times, they don't fill prescriptions because they thought the price was too high. Every time, it takes 2 trips to get my RX even though the doctors call them in. The first time, they say, 'oh we thought the price was too high, so we didn't fill it', regardless of insurance. After that, they start filling the script so I always have to make another trip.

Pharmacy- web says prescription pending , we will get back at you .No reason no one to call no way to expedite an important prescription. Very disappointed.

This is the worst pharmacy in the UWS. They will call to say your order is ready for pick up, and when you arrive 5 minutes later, the pharmacist has walked off the job earlier and locked the gate, even though the pharmacy is open for another 20 minutes. They will refuse to take payment info over the phone and say come in person, and when you do, they'll say you can't give it to them until your order is ready, at which point it cannot be delivered because they don't have your payment info on file. Go anywhere else!! Worst pharmacist experience.
