While enjoying a happy birthday celebration, our group politely asked the hostess Doris if someone in the kitchen could put a fallen flower back on our cake. This was a simple request considering we had traveled from out of state by train and the expensive cake needed a little touch-up. Doris responded with a dismissive attitude, stating that they were busy and you are not the only table here. We clearly knew that we werent the only table and obviously wouldnt want to slow the kitchen down, just nicely asked if it would be possible if someone could retouch the cake. She also rudely mentioned the cake cutting fee, by condescendingly asking are you aware of the feewhich we were already aware of when booking the reservation a month in advance. This encounter had nothing to do with a fee so Im not sure why she assumed we would bring a cake and not know we had to pay for it to be cut. Despite this unpleasant encounter with Doris, our server Dom provided excellent service and took good care of us. This review would have been a perfect 5/5 if not for the unwelcoming attitude displayed by Doris. She probably gave us a fake name too, shes the young Asian lady with long dark hair.

Theres something about this place that I cant put my finger on. Just kidding its Omar. The food here is fantastic but the service is on another level. If you come here ask to be served by Omar, let him know Jonathan and Max sent you.
