We transferred our daughter into AOSJ two years ago and it was the best decision we could have made for her. She has thrived in a nurturing and compassionate community of small classes and dedicated teachers that rivals or exceeds the best private school learning experiences in Manhattan.  It is a Catholic school but by no means a restrictive environment; the teachers are dynamic and foster character building, creativity, and love of learning. It's a true gem in the heart of Greenwich Village.

The AOSJ has been an unbelievable spot for our daughter. She started in pre-k and has truly blossomed. The innovative approach, the opportunity for parents to get involved, and the small class size were all amazing selling points. For an elite institution in The Village the tuition is also highly approachable. Much of this is credit to the founding headmistress Ms. Coombs who truly ensures students are tomorrow's leaders, not followers.
