Had a great experience here this afternoon! No pressure with up selling, gave my prescription, helped me out with a AAA discount, and found some stylish glasses, easily and affordably. Great place!

Went in today seeking a repair on a barely 2-month-old pair of glasses that had developed severe cracks originating from the frames, and I was told that 1)the lenses were extremely resilient and hard to crack, but somehow that 2)the cracks were my fault for handling the glasses recklessly.
However, of all the glasses I've owned in my life, including pairs I've owned for several years, and the ones I owned as a careless 8-year-old, none have developed any noticeable cracks, and certainly not ones of this magnitude. Despite this, the manager insisted that, as the cracks were not present when I first got the glasses (even though they appeared after less than two months, indicating a clear integrity error,) that the cracks were "wear and tear", and that LensCrafters was not responsible.
Though technically correct, as I did not buy a "Protection Plan" and was outside the term of the 30 day warranty, I had no reason to believe such a plan would be needed, as I had never encountered problems like this with any other pair of glasses, and in fact, a similar pair bought by my sister on the same day from the same store are perfectly crack free. Though fully within the letter of the law, this is poor customer service, and the opposite of establishing good relations with the community that supports this business.
I was offered no restitution for this clear error on the store/manufacturer's part, and basically told my only option was to pay full price for another pair. Will definitely not be returning, and I encourage all of you to look elsewhere. A shiny storefront does not a quality product make.

The service here was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did i feel confused or lost, which has happened to me before at other eye place. Would visit again and recommend to my friends.
