Updating this review. It was 5 stars but recent interaction with a the quick lane has changed that. We bought a warranty for our vehicle that covers the wheels and tires. We had a screw in one that needed replaced. They inspected the issue and then ordered a new tire. We were told it would be there the next day no problem. Told to be there super early so we could get in and out.
Since there are no appointments my wife got up extremely early to be the first in line. She gets to the counter and finds out her tire did not arrive as promised. It's almost a 45 minute drive to this location for us btw. Upset she goes home.
A couple days later the tire arrives and so my wife does the same thing. She's there just after they open. She asked for a little priority since she wasted her time the previous visit. Instead he didn't care and was told she would just have to wait. No consideration for their mistake. Almost 3 hours later she is done and leaves.
On the way home I get an alert on my app the tire is low on air and my wife says the vehicle has a vibration. I get home and it's 9 psi low (30 instead of 39) I fill it up but they clearly did not balance it very well either. So now I have to call my mobile guy and pay out of pocket (for the second time but that's another story) to get my tire balanced.
Disappointed that she was not treated better and the job was not done correctly. The guys in sales are great and even normal service has been good, but beware of tire quick lane.
