Worse rental experience ever, just glad I have the videos and paper trail to show what a nightmare they were to deal with. Would not recommend them, just one step above a slumlord.
Response to Greenlee....I did not live there 7 years! Just another example of not knowing your renters. You actually lost this property due to poor handling.

These people require no evictions etc yet force evictions on upstanding people. The better business bureau doesn't even have a good rating for them. They are con artists. If you have property damage they dont fix it. Leaky pipes, rats, roaches you name it.. its in their homes. A lot of illegal practices go on with greenlee. Beware...
Update
Who's lying other than u? I am an upstanding citizen. And no matter how clean u keep your home doesn't magically make roaches disappear. It takes pesticides and preventive maintenance. Something Greenlee doesn't do apparently.

I have been very happy with Greenlee, we've never had any problems, all repairs are done promptly.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. I'd like to thank Katie especially for always being so kind
To our surprise Brande oversaw having the outside of our rental painted, she even asked for my input
We highly recommend Greenlee !
