Took my Tesla here for a full interior detail. Got it back a couple hours later and it looks amazing. The fact it only costed $120 is insane. Honestly it is a huge bargain of a price. I promise you, if you get your car detailed here or any kind of work it will come out perfectly. Been coming here for years and every time Ive been extremely happy with the end result.

I just left this establishment crying and shaking. I brought in my 03 Altima for an inside and outside wash. My car is old and faded. The paint is sun faded, the handles are broken and it has a side side. It has wear and I know of all of it. But what happened to me today has NEVER happened to me before. When the car was done I paid the bill, got in the car and started heading home. When I felt something weird about the center console. When I look at it, the lid is placed on backwards. I reached for it and the whole thing cane off. I know for a fact that it was not like that when I brought it in. I lifted the lid earlier to clean out what I had inside. Not to mention that i had my arm resting on it when i was driving to the car wash. I turned around and headed back. When I got there I explained to the workers that the damage happened there. The two employees who worked on the car denied it was either of them. One called the owner and handed me the phone and I explained to him what happened. He immediately told me that the car was like that because the door handles were broken and the paint was faded. I was stunned and could not understand his "logic". He said it was not his fault and offered no help whatsoever. I honestly had no idea what to do so I called the police. I thought that maybe I had to file a report. I had no idea. A sheriff called me back and explained that there was no report necessary because it was a civil claim and not criminal. That I could have an estimate of repairs made and present it to the owner, or pay for the repairs and take the owner to small claims court. By this time the owner had cone back and when I told him, he persisted. Stating that he was not going to pay for anything. Unfortunately, without proof, I was in a he said she said situation. I told him that I knew there was nothing I could do, but that I knew that there was no upside to falsely accuse his business so why would I. How would that benefit me? It made no sense. I told him that God sees everything and at least I'm at peace knowing that He was my witness and He knew I was telling the truth. God will do justice and the owner would know he had done a bad thing. But insult to injury didn't stop there, he asked the cashier if I had paid. The cashier confirmed that I did and I made the comment that yes I paid for service but had my property damaged. So as a response the owner told me that I was like a lot of other customers who made things up so that they won't have to pay for the service. I told him I would never do that and that I never disputed the charges. I paid in full and didn't even ask for my money back. He walked over to my car and took pictures of the door handles and the paint job. He also said there was a scratch on the windshield and demanded to know if I was accusing him of that damage also. I told him again, that I would never do that. All I wanted was to get my car cleaned and I had my console lid broken off, called a liar (because if the door handles were broken, then of course one thing had to do with the other, and that meant the console must've been broken also) and called a thief because the reason behind the whole experience was that I didn't want to pay for the service. Even though I had just paid for it.
P.S. That's how well you listen. I didn't say be careful not to break the door handles. I said be careful BECAUSE the door handles are broken. I literally pointed them out you. SMH

Yes you know for fact that your center console lid was broken prior. When you came in you even Saied “be carful not to brake the door handles” which they are already broken all around, even your dashboard is all cracked and same is your center console. Your whole car is backed from the sun. The whole thing was that you didn’t want to pay for the car wash. We have pictures for the interior and exterior of your vehicle it’s clear that the plastics is backed and has to many crackes.
