It ties up the purchase line. One in our group left after waiting 15 mins in line. Then two of us were together and the lady gave us seats no where near each other. We walked in and a group had my seat taken. My friend and I just took two other seats..we said screw it!!
Its so dark you cant see when you walk in to find your seats. We have moved twice already bcz someone has our seats.
We r so disgusted I doubt we will be back and Im a reels customer.
Your set up is just assinine!!
