I paid this thief $587.57 for a part and labor to repair a washing machine. He has never repaired the machine nor does he return calls or texts. Service: Washing machine repair

We used this company because of our home warranty. He did arrive on time the first visit. Said he had to order parts and tried to make us pay cash up front for the entire repair, and tried to get us to believe the warranty company required advance payment. Luckily I know that isn't how it works and we called the warranty co. who told him we only had to pay the service fee. He doesn't accept checks or cards so we had to go to the ATM to pay the service fee. He said he would be back the next day with the parts; three weeks later he has not answered or returned calls or texts, and his VM is full. I Googled his name because I was worried something had happened to him. He seemed so nice and professional when he was here. After reading reviews, I can't believe he is not in jail! We WILL be pressing charges. Please DO NOT use him! Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair, Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Alvin is a friendly guy. He used to do a great job for us in the past. This time I gave him a deposit for the part and he disappeared for 2 months before he installed it. At least he finally got it done, but then after making me wait 2 months, he hounded me on the phone and text to get his final payment. He only takes cash or cash app to make it even harder to pay him. One of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a while. It is too bad because he did a great job in the past.
