Great apartment, nice location. But the staff is very degrading to the residences.They make you feel like your stupid or something. It not just me, I watch how they treat the other residents. Not only do they have roaches , but bed bugs also. Their attitude about that is even worse.

Not impressed by the reception I received in getting an application for an elderly friend.
I just called for a friend to ask if she could post a flyer in the facility for her pet sitting/walking service which could be helpful for residences but was told no. It almost sounds like a prison although a couple of friends live there. Mixed feelings.
