This pharmacy used to be well run but now it is disorganized and slow. The later shifts after 10pm are still efficient but the others aren't. I and 10 others stood in line for over 40 minutes while 5 employees slowly walked around mainly talking to each other. They spent 15 minutes with one person who didn't have a prescription trying explain why they couldn't fill her order instead of just telling her to leave and helping others. Hopefully they will get back to the efficiency they had before covid under a different pharmacy head.

The staff is absolutely rude as all heck. They at least made it right by taking off $15 my photo order but there was no reason for this guy to give me attitude. I was asking a question that was all. Just because you hate your job and have to work at 2am doesnt mean youre get to make my live harder BECAUSE I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET PHOTOS OF MY UNCLES DOG WHO DIED WHO I LOVED.
I know the manager reads these, I hope youre ashamed of yourself and your staff considering I left my number at the employees request for a call from the manager.

Incompetence is the best way to describe the pharmacy department. My dogs could do a better job than the technicians working there.

Pharmacy staff is very rude. They act like they arent allowed to answer questions that they absolutely are. I asked what brand was stocked of a specific medication before filling and was told that they didnt have that information and that it didnt matter. They do, and it does.
