I was helping myself get some bulk coffee without realizing its not self-serve like in the grocery stores. A staff stopped me after Ive filled about 1/4 lbs of beans into a bag already, so I apologized and set it aside. Another staff came to help me but spilled the beans EVERYWHERE with careless motions. I sensed a lack of understanding of how much work and effort behind each and every one of these coffee beans. There was no respect shown at all towards the massive labor to even make it possible for us to easily access and taste them. Maybe consider changing it to self-serve in the future cuz the customers can do better.
