Great all ways 'round... Ordering online was easy and intuitive. The customer service was great. The flowers were high quality. I ordered a "Just Because" arrangement via the website for delivery the next day. The arrangement I ordered didn't have all of the flowers in stock, and the person responsible for creating the arrangements called to let me know of the changes and to give me a chance to give input. The delivery was timely and followed the specific directions to a T. The arrangement itself was beautiful - fresh flowers, beautifully arranged. I will definitely be using them again.

Amazing work! The flower arrangement we received as a gift for our anniversary was carefully crafted and vibrant. Awesome variety in the types of blooms and foliage. Mike, who both arranged and delivered the flowers, also took time to confirm that someone was home to receive the arrangement so it would not be left on the porch and damaged in the gusting wind that day. We will definitely be using Lincoln Flower Shop from now on.

I never really understood the power of gifting flowers until I got a bouquet here. Michael, every time I get flowers from you I’m blown away!! Thank you for being a wonderful shop in New Haven AND for being so close to my boyfriend’s house :) Your flowers are a real treat!
