If it was to me I'd give them no stars you can't get ahold of no one and it's sad we can't go to an office to pay our water bill and no one ever answer phone or call back like this is the worst water place I've ever seen it's stupid and their own employee can't get through to no one!!!!!!!!

No one answers the phone takes day to call you back. Tired of the rates going up.

Betsy is horrible to deal with. Never answers the phone. It takes days for her to call back if she even bothers. And half the time she screws up your bills

Moved into a house and could not swap names on my bill because they do not answer. Leave messages they don’t call back and when you don’t pay the bill because it isn’t yours they shut water off and leave leave your family with no water over a bill that isn’t yours. The guy that shut our water off had to call three times just to get somebody to answer him.
