        I bought two fur babies from here (one is 6 years old and the other is 3 years old). They are great! I take my babies there for grooming and they do an excellent job. The puppies are well cared for and are great if you, like me, need to know EXACTLY what kind of dog you are getting (I am allergic and i cannot get a shelter dog). Prices are comparable to other stores. they are great!

        Bird lover here - Pet Palaces birds looked very sad when I visited today. Many of their feathers are missing, which I can infer is due to over-grooming (usually caused by depression/anxiety). They made no sounds whatsoever which is NOT NORMAL FOR BIRDS! The water provided for them was muddy, and undrinkable. I can only hope for improvement for the sake of the birds.

        Years ago we purchased an awesome "Puggle" puppy from Doug. Our dog brought our family 16 years of enjoyment and happiness. That speaks volumes for how healthy she was throughout her life of 16 years. Doug always takes the time to share his expert advise with our family. Doug's team is amazing and always helpful when we need anything. We have a new dog now and continue to purchase services and products from Pet Palace. I would highly recommend Doug and his team.         HORRIBLE customer service ! So rude. They probably abuse the dogs. We wanted to look at a dog and got yelled at on the phone that you cant just play with the dog . I am so sad for the dogs that are trapped in this place . Terrible terrible place should be shut down !

      Thank you for your concern Ellie. Our birds are not over grooming they are molting which is when old feathers die off and new ones grow in. This process can last up to 6 weeks at which time the birds appearance my seem off but it is a natural thing. Their waters are changed twice daily but birds like to make "parrot soup" which is where they put their food in the water to soften it. Again to the average person this may seem like dirty water but to them it is a delicious soup. Again thank you for your concern but as the bird people of Rockland for over 30 years we do have the situation under control.

      Leora we are very sorry you feel this way which is unjust and unkind and You may think twice before you defame the good name of a business that is in good standing with the community since 1994. If you false claims were even remotely close to your defaming statements, we would not be in business. Please cease or we will have to refer this matter to our legal department.
