Dont expect any kind of customer service once youve paid. Went local for a more expensive price than a big box store to receive a stump grinder with completely smoothed over/worn out blades. (were totally rounded off, they should look like suction cups to cut properly) Brought it back after a while of battling with it to see if they could offer me another rental (didnt ask for money back) was told i was wrong the blades were sharp. they werent even close to sharp. and that i should call back and talk to the manager, without even trying to resolve the situation. Called back to talk to the manager, was told hes not there, i tried to ask when he would be in and was told he works when we wants, he may be in at the end of the week. Again no offer to make the situation right. Such a shame to not know how to handle a small customer issue by a local business. I would not recommended.
