I went and got my drivers license and my experience was not what I expected, usually a day at the DMV is terrible. Agent Harris briefed everyone at the door waiting for the opening in exactly what documents you would need to get your license and then she answered all questions in a very friendly and superb manner.
Agent Harris had a great demeanor with a great smile unlike any I had witnessed in my 40 years going to a DMV. Agent Harris is a true professional that trully cares about her customers and it is evident that she truly loves her job and taking care of others.
I would love to explain to her boss my feelings, how she made me and the others present with me today feel at ease in what is in most people"s minds a very stressful thing getting a license. My hats off to you Agent Harris for a job well done.

You have to wait a decent amount of time to be seen, only one person is working and they are severely understaffed. They have an hour lunch, and they could say you're gonna be seen but then they don't see you so you waste time there. There's like 50 people in line waiting to be seen in a day, they can only do 35-40. Meaning that some don't get seen and have to wait. It is very sad how you can only operate two times a week for a military town. They are severely understaffed and for a place like Coffee County, should be open 5 days a week with fast lines, but it's the DMV.
