image Very knowledgeable mechanic.
I dropped my car off at 10am and it picked it up at 5:30pm.
He replaced the radiator, water pump, and thermostat.
The Dodge dealership couldn't even look at it for 2 weeks.

image The work that was done on my wifes Rogue was completed when Jason said it would be. The only issue I had was that the pricing was very high for the parts and labor. And I was never told what warranty came with the parts and labor.
Plus it would have been nice if my Rogue would have been cleaned and washed before we picked it up .
Fyi, Nissan washes and cleans your vehicle after they finish servicing it.

Good morning, after we spoke yesterday hopefully some of the items you posted about have been cleared up. We had discussed the warranty that we offer on all of our work which is 12 months 12k miles on all repairs. That is a nationwide warranty that we offer. As far as the pricing unfortunately like we discussed everything everywhere has gone up. Our costs have doubled and we have tried to soften that blow by absorbing some of it and not transferring it to the customer. We did all parts on your ticket at list price. Our labor rate we use alldata which the majority of shops use or something similar. It is a book time that is based on the time that it takes a mechanic to do a job on average. That is something that in 20yrs of doing automotive has been the same. As far as washing vehicles we are nowhere near the size of a dealership like Nissan. Unfortunately, we do not have a car wash. It would be nice in the future maybe. You mentioned that you were coming back for ac repairs on your wives car. Let us know when is a good time for you. We appreciate you and your business.

image Great place if you want to be ripped off. Got my car diagnosed there and of course I get a whole laundry list of things I need done. I really only needed one of the things done and they wanted to charge me 1,000 for it. The rest of it was unnecessary and/or just maintenance work, and altogether they wanted to charge me 4,000. Got what i actually needed done for 150$ elsewhere, I might be a blonde girl but I wasnt born yesterday, do better.

Good morning, sorry if there was some confusion when you came in. We actually fixed the running issue that you were having with the vehicle with our diagnostics at no extra charge. The check engine light was still on for the both rear oxygen sensors. That repair was about half of the 1000 that you had mentioned. All of the other items that we saw were either maint. items that we explained were just due to mileage and condition. Or, items we saw with our inspection process. Also, the left front axle seal is leaking along with the rear brakes on the vehicle are low. We are a small business and pride ourselves on serving our customers and all their needs. Whether it be maintenance items or repairs. We will never say your vehicle "needs" anything. It is always a option you have since it is your vehicle. We always do a full vehicle inspection to make sure that any decision that you want to make is completely your option. We want to make sure that you are well aware of anything and that we are transparent. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

image My car broke down on the road No power at all.I coasted into the parking lot panicked! It is so upsetting when there are car problems as I dont know a thing about cars. I walked in still so upset as I felt helpless. They got me right in to look to see what it might have been. Even more the young man that was helping me, calmed me down. He showed me a breathing technique that really helped who does that??? and reminded me, I could have been on the freeway when it happened. He was so right!!! So.. I stopped crying and started breathing again!!!
I felt so much better, they kept me apprised
of everything each day!! They repaired my car in less time than I thought they would!
