Honestly worst experience Ive ever had. I literally just pulled away and am appalled by the way I was treated. I am a regular customer at this pharmacy and the tech was so rude. I kindly told her that I was dropping off a prescription. I needed to pick one up for myself as well and would do so when the one I was dropping off was ready. So rude eyes rolling told me it wasnt ready that they put it back after 12 days. She continued to ask me if I received a phone call to pick it up?? Maam, listen I get maybe youre having a bad day but I owe you zero explanation. If the script is not ready to be picked upfill it and let me know when it is. Im not here to argue with you. Wow

TERRIBLE pharmacy. Nobody answers the phone. When you get there, theyre too busy playing on their cell phones to help you. When they do finally acknowledge your presence theyre slow af with absolutely no personality. Infuriating to deal with.

This store has some of the rudest and unreasonable workers I have ever encountered. My boyfriend and I go in this store a few times a week to purchase cigarettes and cigars we always go together and one of us will ask for the cigarettes or cigars. This time my boyfriend forgot his ID and I had mines so I gave mines and Robbie the Manager refused to sell it to me because my boyfriend asked for the cigars instead and since he was the one who forgot the ID she couldn't sell it to me. I could see if we never go there but when we're there a few times a week to make purchases I really feel it is not fair. We went to the other walgreens down the street and purchased cigars with no issue same day and no problems. My ID was not expired and was legit when presented Robbie and she still refused and went on to say she has the right to deny a sell if she chooses too. She was very rude and nasty. Get new management in there with workers who actually want to work and be there. I can see why this location is slower then the others. The worker are miserable.
