My daughter, 6, has wanted her ears pierced for a while now and she finally worked the courage up to go to Banter. Camille explained the entire process and even informed us that a co-worker would be in soon if she wanted both ears done at once (she did). What a team they were. Earrings look great and she surprised us all by not crying. Excellent experience all around

Carmille was very helpful and informative. Although the studs for new piercings were limited, they all were excellent selections. Warranty is also guaranteed!
